'Bitsy'
Flight Lieutenant Duncan 'Bitsy' Grant in the cockpit of a 400 Squadron Tomahawk, 1941-42.
He was credited with the destruction of 60 locomotives and 9 German aircraft, and participated
in the Dieppe Raid during August of 1942. Grant was killed on September 28th, 1943 when
his Mustang was shot down by flak near Pont et Marais, France.
